What Youll Do Oversee operations including logistics, scheduling, event delivery, and exceptional client service.Rebuild structure and processes while supporting growth.Lead and mentor a small team, creating accountability and alignment.Drive business development through training, facilitation, and client relationships. What Were Looking For 5+ years experience in managing training, corporate learning, facilitation, or wellness.A warm people person who also brings structure and resilience.Someone who thrives in a small-team, hands-on environment.Passion for team development, wellness, and sustainable growth.Excellent PC skills including experience using CRM systems such as PipeDrive.
