Duties:

• Run full accounting cycles – journals, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure SARS compliance: VAT201, EMP201, ITR12, ITR14.
• Provide client-facing advice, interpreting financials into actionable business strategies.
• Prepare for audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
• Drive process efficiency, leveraging digital tools for accuracy and speed.

 
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Financial Accounting or equivalent.
• Completed SAIPA articles.
• Additional tax/compliance training advantageous.

 
Experience:

• Prior exposure to professional accounting practice beneficial.
• Strong working knowledge of CaseWare, Pastel, Xero, and Excel.
• Experience engaging with SARS platforms.

 
 
Skills & Competencies:

• Technical mastery of accounting standards and tax law.
• Ability to analyse, problem-solve, and advise clients effectively.
• High attention to detail with discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Strong client communication and advisory skills.
