Duties and responsibilities: Project Engineering and Design: Perform precise engineering calculations, prepare detailed technical drawings, and create Bills of Materials (BOMs). Design vacuum pump systems using SolidWorks or other CAD software, including 3D models and manufacturing drawings. Develop comprehensive operating procedures, installation manuals, and control philosophies. Ensure compliance with FDA, hygienic design, ISO, Busch quality, and industry-specific standards across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, oil & gas, automotive, plastics, packaging, wastewater, and woodwork markets. Project Management: Lead projects end-to-end, including client engagement, proposals, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and project close-out. Coordinate with global and local suppliers to source quality components within budget and timelines. Submit technical tenders and system proposals, managing delivery schedules and customer expectations. Oversee on-site installations, commissioning, and provide technical guidance. Ensure all projects comply with site safety regulations and quality standards. Client Support and Relationship Management: Support the Sales team with technical expertise, system proposals, tenders, and customer presentations.
