As a Store Manager, youll be responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence. Duties:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing store team to achieve sales and service goals

• Drive store performance through effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of key metrics

• Ensure excellent customer service and consistently positive customer experiences

• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and visual merchandising standards

• Implement operational policies, procedures, and compliance measures

• Handle recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for store staff

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction

Requirements:
