South Africa: Financial Controller posted by Wild Dreams Hospitality

This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Assistant and Controller. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The Financial Assistant and Controller will also be responsible for budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Candidate requirements:

• Proficiency in managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and monitoring financial performance
• Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus

This is a remote position, however the ideal candidate needs to be a local living in Maun.
