- Matric
- Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
- 2–3 years’ post-article working experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial ERP systems
- Prepare, analyses, and present monthly financial results to management
- Monitor, manage, and forecast short and long-term cash flows
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning
- Review and improve financial processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy
- Engage in product costing and provide insight on cost efficiencies
- Drive compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies
- Support the Financial Director in audits and statutory reporting
- Maintain complete, accurate financial accounting records for all business entities.
- Prepare and manage the company’s annual budgets
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies proactively
- Ensure accurate application of IFRS in all financial statements and reports
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit readiness
- Analyze and address stock variances as per monthly stock take and assist with resolving thereof
- Maintain the fixed asset register
