Durban: HR Officer (Maternity Cover ( 6 Months)

Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Officer with strong IR and union exposure. Confident and assertive personality able to say “no” when necessary. Experience working with Sage 300 Payroll (essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage at all levels of the business, including executives. Minimum. 5]years HR experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve union matters effectively. Engage and communicate with Senior and Executive Management . Uphold company policies and procedures with confidence. Handle industrial relations matters, including drafting and issuing warnings. Conduct interviews and recruitment processes. Manage Employment Equity submissions and participate in EE meetings. Oversee and administer Payroll (Sage 300).
