Position: Administrator.
Location: Lynwood, Pretoria.
Reporting To: Managing Director.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an administrator to assess credit applications with unwavering attention to detail and ability to build strong relations with our stakeholders, ensuring quality service is provided and standard requirements are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare application documents accurately and timeously.
- Capture and administer LNDR Club Investors information and affairs.
- Identify documentation shortcomings.
- Attend to client enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Manage daily administrative tasks.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly administrative report writing.
- Credit Committee Minutes.
- Phase 1 Credit assessment of new applications.
- Data Capturing on the relevant Portal.
- Interact with clients, suppliers, corporate companies and government departments.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Matric;
- 3-5 years solid administration experience;
- Credit Applications Assessment / or any kind of Credit Granting experience, preferred;
- Experience with purchase orders, preferred;
Skills and Attributes Requirements:
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Credit Act.
- Knowledge and understanding of the loan application process.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Identifying and solving problems.
- Ability to show empathy.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to perform tasks in an organised manner.
- Ability to remain calm in a situation of conflict.
- patience when dealing with stakeholders and team.
- Highly disciplined.
- Willingness to learn.
