Minimum requirements

• Matric
• National Diploma in Optical Dispensing or Diploma in Opticianry
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing or retail role
• Computer literate
• Proficiency in optical software, Calico Cloud (preferred)
• Committed to continuous learning and customer satisfaction

Duties and responsibilities

• Customer service and sales support
• Order management and administration
• Contact lens management
• Invoicing and payment processing
• Appointment scheduling and reception duties
• Reports, follow-ups and recall
• Store operations and housekeeping
• Professional conduct and continuous learning
• Audiology support (where applicable)

Work hours

Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00

Every 2nd Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00

Remuneration

R 10 000 + incentive (depending on performance of the branch)
