Jnr Receptionist
* Matric
* Minimum 2 Years’ Receptionist experience
* Fluent in Afrikaans & English
* Experience in Eco-Time AND/OR other Time &
Attendance Programs
* Sage 300
* Non-smoker
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a Professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD – will be verified
