Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- 2–4 years of operational or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support for sales, service processing, and fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, reports, and stock/product information.
- Analyse and calculate product costings; assist with cost forecasting.
- Place and manage approved shipment orders (sales, warranty, and service parts).
- Extract, compile, and capture operational data for reporting and decision-making.
- Support budgeting, stock management, and operational improvement projects.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate processing and timely deliveries.
- Resolve operational issues and respond to customer queries.
- Provide basic IT support and coordinate with external IT teams.
