Job Description

Minimum Requirements 

  • Matric 
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with people.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Three years experience in a similar role 

Duties:

  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle cash customers and process transactions accurately.
  • Manage purchase orders and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel.
  • Support the team with general office administration.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
