Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a  IT Technician to join their team in Pietermaritzburg. The Main Purpose of the function is to provide a wide range of services to implement, support, repair, and maintain the organizations information technology systems in line with agreed standards. 

Responsibilities: 

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting.
• System Maintenance, Backups & Upgrades.
• Network Support & Monitoring.
• Security & Compliance.
• Customer Service & Communication.
• Documentation & Reporting.
• Training interventions.
• Continuous learning and adaptability in Information Technology.
• Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality management Systems
  

Requirements: 

• Grade 12 with Core Maths and Science.
• A National Diploma in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good coordinating and liaison skills
• Good IT Knowledge and ability to learn on the jo
• Ability to work co–operatively with a team
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite of Applications
• Drivers License
