About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temp Project Co-Ordinator to join our team in Johannesburg for a 6-month contract. As a key member of our project administration support team, you will provide administrative assistance to technical teams, manage projects, and assist with reporting. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and experience with ERP systems, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist technical teams with project management methodology and system implementation.
• Set up and manage projects, proposals, and budgets on the Project Management System.
• Support Project Managers with tenders, tracking budgets, and invoicing.
• Coordinate client follow-ups, meetings, and minute-taking.
• Handle invoicing coordination, project logistics, and administrative duties.
• Facilitate weekly Project Management meetings and track actions.
• Assist with data management, quality control, and reporting.
Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
• General knowledge of administration, project coordination, and finance management.
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications are required for this role. However, a strong foundation in administration, project coordination, and finance management is essential.
