Hospitality / Lodge Management Diploma ? 35 years experience in a 5 lodge or boutique property (Big 5 reserve experience = gold stars ) ? Solid beverage knowledge (cocktail skills = bonus bragging rights!) ? Stock control, purchasing & admin wizardry ? Proven track record with stocktake systems ? Experience in hospitality/service training ? Code 8 drivers licence + your own transport ? Must be 23+ (sorry, no fresh grads for this one) ? No kids / pets (this role comes with serious focus time) The Offer: ? Salary: R14,000 R16,000 per month (negotiable, DOE) ? Work in a stunning Big 5 reserve environment ?
