About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mid Level Ab Initio Developer to join our team in Johannesburg and Pretoria. As an Ab Initio Developer, you will be responsible for developing presentation materials for Tableau dashboards, assisting stakeholders in achieving risk reduction goals through meaningful metrics and dashboards, identifying source systems, performing data analysis, and developing visualizations using various BI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop presentation materials for the Tableau dashboards, documenting best practices
- Assist key stakeholders achieve important risk reduction goals through meaningful metrics and dashboards
- Identify appropriate source systems and understand how data flows within various systems
- Perform Data Analysis and develop Visualizations using Tableau, SQL, Excel and other BI tools
- Clearly convey the ‘story’ in a visual format that is grouped, summarized, or formatted to be easily understood and actionable
Requirements
- Tertiary Education (Minimum of a 3 year IT degree or Diploma)
- 4-7 Years solid IT data management or development experience of which at least 2-3 years
- Must be solid Ab Initio Development
- Only Ab initio ETL experience will be considered
