Key Responsibilities Design and prepare refined, seasonal menus inspired by global and local influences. Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and aesthetic presentation. Maintain a pristine and well-organized kitchen in full compliance with food safety regulations. Plan; source, and manage ingredients, emphasizing quality, freshness, and sustainability. Cater to bespoke guest requests and dietary preferences with creativity and sensitivity. Collaborate seamlessly with the household and service teams to ensure smooth, anticipatory service.
