Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate interactive software training sessions across various IT programmes.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and learning aids aligned with course outcomes.
• Deliver both theoretical and practical instruction on relevant software applications and tools.
• Guide students through projects and assessments to build technical competence.
• Provide one-on-one academic support and mentorship to students.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep course content current with industry trends and software updates.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and academic staff to ensure quality learning delivery.
• Participate in student engagement activities such as orientations, open days, and graduations.

Requirements:

• NQF Level 6 qualification in an IT-related field with at least 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
• Relevant AI vendor certification (where applicable).
• Assessor and Moderator accreditation with MICT SETA.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve success.
