Senior Guide / Maintenance | Luxury Private Game Reserve | Greater Kruger Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Field Guide for a luxury private game reserve in the Greater Kruger area . This is an exciting live-in opportunity for a knowledgeable and passionate guide with extensive experience in Big 5 safaris and bush management, contributing to exceptional guest experiences. Requirements: NQF4 qualification in Field Guiding or equivalent Minimum of 5 years experience in Big 5 safari areas Extensive knowledge of wildlife, flora, and bushcraft Excellent communication and storytelling skills Experience conducting guided walks and engaging with guests of all ages Own rifle and valid firearm licence Professional, reliable, and able to work independently as part of a team Key Responsibilities: Conduct guided game drives and bush walks, providing engaging and educational experiences for guests Share in-depth knowledge of wildlife, ecology, and conservation through storytelling and interpretive guiding Ensure the safety and well-being of guests, including children, during all activities Assist with general maintenance duties around the property as required Maintain and manage own equipment, including firearms, in accordance with safety regulations Collaborate with the lodge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences Package: Salary: R15,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience) Live-in accommodation provided Food allowance of R750 per month Uniforms supplied Work cycle: 3 weeks on, 1 week off To apply for the Senior Guide / Maintenance position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo today Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements for the position will be contacted.
