Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and professional Field Guide to join the team at a luxury 5* lodge in the Greater Kruger area. The successful candidate must have excellent guiding skills, a commitment to conservation, and a proven ability to deliver world-class guest experiences. This is a live-in role with an attractive work cycle, suited to a guide who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and is looking to grow their career within a reputable lodge group. ? Key Requirements Minimum FGASA NQF4 qualification (Apprentice Trails Guide advantageous). Valid PDP ; First Aid, ARH, and NDT/LEDET registration. Previous guiding experience in a 5-star luxury lodge environment . Strong communication, hosting, and guest engagement skills. Passion for conservation and interpreting the natural environment. Professional; well-presented, and dedicated to exceptional guest service. ? Key Responsibilities Conduct daily game drives and guided bush walks (where qualified). Deliver engaging, educational, and memorable guest experiences. Ensure guest safety and adherence to reserve protocols. Assist with lodge hosting duties when required. Contribute to conservation awareness and sustainability initiatives. Maintain vehicles, equipment, and compliance records. ? Salary & Package R10;000 R12,000 per month DOE Live-in position with accommodation provided. Medical aid & provident fund contributions included. Work cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off . ?
