Job Description
Design/execute paid strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
Manage budgets, A/B tests, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and retargeting
Collaborate with creatives and strategists to develop high-converting ad assets
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data (GA4/Looker Studio), and deliver actionable reports
Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and growth opportunities
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
- 3+ years managing paid campaigns (Google/Meta mandatory; LinkedIn/TikTok a plus)
- Expertise in conversion tracking, audience targeting, and budget optimization
- Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and campaign analysis
- Google Ads/Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred)
- Experience briefing creatives/copywriters for ad development
