Pretoria East: Dealer Principal posted by GAP Consulting

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Dealer Principal within the Automotive Industry
• BCom Degree in Business Management or similar will be highly advantageous
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent financial acumen and business development expertise
• In-depth knowledge of the Automotive Industry and market trends
• Ability to drive performance while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must be able to provide contactable references and payslips on request

Salary Structure:

• Basic Salary of R 40 000 to R50 000 based on experience
• Additional Monthly Incentives, based on the overall performance of the Dealer
• Benefits including Medical Aid and Provident Fund contribution
• Company Vehicle with Fuel
