Job Description
Our Client, a leader in the Financial Services Industry (investments in the retirement space), is seeking to employ an experienced Risk Advisor with a focus on life, disability, and severe illness cover.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of industry experience and exposure to multiple product providers.
Requirements:
- BCom or similar qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the insurance/advisory industry.
- Strong knowledge of life, disability, and severe illness products.
- Exposure to a variety of product providers.
Key Duties:
- Advise clients on suitable life, disability, and severe illness cover options.
- Assess clients risk profiles and recommend tailored solutions.
- Maintain relationships with multiple product providers to ensure competitive offerings.
- Assist retirement fund members with insurance needs through our client base.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
Settling-in allowance for the first 12 months, Commission-based remuneration thereafter.
