Job Description

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels (technical, administrative, and management roles)
  • Develop and post job advertisements, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage shortlisting
  • Coordinate skills assessments, background checks, and reference verifications
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for key technical positions
  • Ensure all recruitment practices are aligned with company policies and labour legislation

Human Resources Generalist Duties

  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes in collaboration with management
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Assist with training coordination and performance management processes
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR best practices and labour legislation
  • Assist with payroll input and attendance management as required
  • Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the motor industry in a recruiter/ hr role (preferred and advantageous)
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management (essential)
  • Proven experience in recruitment across all levels
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and disciplinary procedures
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Computer literate (MS Office, HR systems, and online recruitment platforms)

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of the automotive or gearbox industry will be highly advantageous
