HAIR & COLOR STYLIST

BELLVILLE – CPT Northern Suburbs (Western-Cape), ZA

START: A.S.A.P / 01 December 2025

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday Saturday
• 09:00 – 18:00 (including lunch)
• 1x Long Weekend off per month (Sat, Sun & Mon)
• Days off alternate Sunday & Monday/Sunday & Tuesday

REPORTS TO: Owner

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time / Permanent

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R10,000 – R15,000 per month BOE
• Service Commission (targeted)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Certified Hair Styling or Cosmetology
2. Trade-Certified
3. At least 5+ years experience in a high-end salon, spa or ship environment
4. Cut, Colour and Style confident
5. Able to style male & female clients

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Thorough understanding of current trends in hair
• Ability to develop rapport with clients, and to understand and help them explain/clarify complex/specific requests.
• Balayage, Colour, Highlights, Colour corrections
• Blow dry – all types of hair
• Experience with EHP is a bonus

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
