• Develop analytical models to optimise supply chain performance.
• Analyse supply chain and logistics data to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, planning, logistics, buying, and operations) to ensure data insights translate into tangible business results.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data models.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a data analytics or supply chain analysis role within a fast-moving retail or logistics environment.
• Strong experience with SAS, Python, or R for data.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Experience building inventory simulation models.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations – from procurement through distribution.
• Analytical thinking, commercial awareness, strong communication, and the ability to translate data into business impact.
• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning techniques in a retail or FMCG setting.
