Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire warehouse cycle: receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch
• Maintain precise stock records to minimise loss and maximise accuracy
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic warehouse team to achieve operational excellence
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure on-time raw material availability
• Design and implement systems and processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate warehouse performance

Experience & Skills Required

• 5–10 years of warehouse management experience, ideally within manufacturing
• Strong background in raw material handling and production flows
• Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams
• Hands-on expertise with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
• Highly detail-oriented, efficiency-driven, and cost-conscious
• Immediately available to step into a fixed-term contract
