VACANCY: SALES ADMINISTRATOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CENTURION)
Role Overview:
A professional and organized Sales Administrator is required to support a telecommunications business in Centurion.
The successful candidate will assist the sales team with administrative tasks, manage client interactions, and ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding sales inquiries and order updates.

Support the sales team with administrative duties, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining sales documentation.

Maintain accurate client records and sales data within company systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Assist with reporting and follow-ups on client accounts to ensure satisfaction.

Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
-
Grade 12 Certificate (essential).
-
Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is advantageous.
Experience:
-
24 years in a client-facing or sales support role, preferably within telecommunications or technology.
Skills and Competencies:
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Client-focused with strong attention to detail.

Ability to handle client queries and resolve issues efficiently.

Professional appearance and demeanour.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Salary: R10,000 R15,000 per month
