• Conduct plant checks with electrical charge hand and artisans.
• Assist the Engineer in planning, organizing, and controlling the Electrical Department.
• Supervise repairs to motors, control equipment, and other electrical systems.
• Ensure all work is completed according to job cards and planned maintenance schedules.
• Report and follow up on serious defects to ensure timely repair or replacement.
• Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure compliance with standards.
• Undertake installation and modification of plant and equipment as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the electrical field post-apprenticeship.
• N4 Electrical Qualification with Electrical Trade Test.
• Management experience in an engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of HV, MV, and LV reticulation.
• Proficient in various PLC systems and fault-finding techniques.
• Thorough understanding of electrical and electronic equipment, tools, and industry practices.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD line diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills.
