Job Description
Overview: UK-based workforce solutions company seeks an experienced B2B Sales Agent to drive new business across payroll and compliance services. This is an on-site role in Cape Town, operating UK hours (10:0018:00 / 11:0019:00 SA).
Responsibilities: Conduct outbound B2B sales calls and manage client acquisition Build relationships with new and existing clients across the UK, USA, and Australia Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Host Teams product demos and manage the CRM (HubSpot) pipeline Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives
Requirements: Minimum 3 years B2B or outbound telesales experience Strong closing and negotiation skills Excellent spoken and written English Confident using CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and MS Office Experience selling to international markets advantageous
