- Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the property portfolio
- Prepare consolidated management accounts, variance analysis, and insightful commentary for senior leadership
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles, supporting strategic planning and portfolio performance reviews
- Manage cash flow reporting, funding requirements, and treasury activities related to property developments and acquisitions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Review and reconcile property-related transactions, including rents, service charges, developments, and asset disposals
- Partner with asset management, development, and operations teams to provide financial insight and support commercial decision-making
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, improving financial processes and systems as the business scale
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- com degree in accounting
- MDA
- 7 years relevant Property experience
