Minimum requirements: Matric (or equivalent secondary qualification) Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with a strong focus or additional qualification in Information Technology (IT) or digital systems Proven experience in commercial management, finance, or administration, ideally within a multi-functional organization Strong technology and systems orientation proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Solid understanding of Tanzanian labour laws and statutory compliance Competence in budgeting, procurement, financial reporting, and cost control Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Agricultural experience is not required, but the ability to adapt to new sectors is essential Key Responibilities: Manage the day-to-day commercial and administrative operations of the organization Oversee financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation across all departments Manage HR and payroll processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and Tanzanian labour regulations Handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Oversee procurement, vendor management and contract administration Implement and monitor digital and technology-driven systems to enhance operational efficiency Coordinate statutory compliance and prepare for internal and external audits and inspections Liaise with internal teams, service providers and community stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Promote a positive and productive work environment Consultant: Rene Otte – Dante Personnel Greenstone
