Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the order management system. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment. Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to order status. Generate and analyse reports to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
