– Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa or 5-star hotel environment.
– Excellent knowledge of massage, skincare, and body therapy techniques.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Professional, well-groomed appearance with a passion for wellness and hospitality.
– Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.

Spa Therapist – Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and nail services (as applicable)
• Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment environment
• Build rapport with guests and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times
• Support the team in daily spa operations and contribute to a positive, collaborative work atmosphere

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Somatology, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional spa environment (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and a professional, well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
