• A completed tertiary qualification
• 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or any performance-driven role

What You’ll Do

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process — from prospecting new business to placing high-calibre candidates.
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through exceptional service and insight.
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within your niche market.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic talent solutions and market expertise.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in agency or specialist recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in business development and talent placement.
• Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, client-focused approach.
• Ambitious, resilient, and passionate about delivering results.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Commerce or related) preferred.
