• Lead and coordinate engineering project teams from concept to completion
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional communication and service
• Prepare project schedules, cost plans, and detailed monthly reports
• Facilitate key meetings and track critical actions and decisions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business growth initiatives
• Ensure all work complies with OHSA standards and company policies

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years’ post-graduate experience (at least 5 in a project-focused role)
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite
• Proven leadership, planning, and cost-control expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure

Qualification:
Beng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Postgraduate Project Management qualification (advantageous)
