South Africa: 1x Senior Somatology & Aromatherapy Therapist URGENTLY needed for a Retreat Spa in Hyde Park

ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a qualified Somatology & Aromatherapy Therapist with strong knowledge in MEDICAL MASSAGE and WELLNESS THERAPIES, to join our high-end integrated Wellness Centre working alongside Medical Specialists and Doctors. This role is both treatment- and retail-performance driven, focused on client results, luxury guest experience, and collaboration with allied medical professionals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform advanced facial, body and aromatherapy treatments Conduct medical massage and pain/rehabilitation-focused therapies under the guidance of doctors Recommend treatment plans and home care retail prescriptions Maintain impeccable hygiene, set up and room standards in compliance with medical OHS Assist with cross-referrals from in-house doctors and post-treatment patient care Attend product & medical protocol training Support spa events, launches and wellness days Maintain accurate treatment notes and client profile updates REQUIREMENTS National Diploma / 3-year Somatology Qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP or equivalent) Qualified in Aromatherapy and Body Massage Therapy Understanding of Anatomy and Muscular Pain Patterns Minimum 23 years of experience in Spa, Medi-Aesthetic or Wellness environment Strong retail performance mindset (sales & aftercare product recommendation) Professional, polished, confident with high standards of client care Able to work in collaboration with medical professionals PERSONALITY & WORK ETHIC Calm, present, intuitive, service-oriented Passionate about wellness, healing and luxury guest experience Strong communication and emotional intelligence Reliable, punctual and proactive
