Key Responsibilities:

Daily & Monthly Financial Processing

• Capture and allocate supplier and sundry refunds to the correct accounts, ensuring bank clearing accounts are reconciled daily.
• Oversee and manage the cashbook function, ensuring all monthly reporting and processing deadlines are consistently achieved.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support the Finance team by gathering and consolidating budget submissions from relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in compiling accurate financial forecasts by coordinating required information across departments.

Audit Support

• Prepare year-end audit information and documentation for external auditors.
• Provide assistance during internal audits and recommend enhancements to internal controls where gaps are identified.

• Authorise daily payments through the SAP banking platform in line with approved payment schedules.
