Job Description
– Perform full costing function including product, fleet, and operational costing
– Manage vehicle maintenance costing and insurance claim processes
– Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate costing allocations
– Ensure correct VAT application and compliance
– Prepare costing reports, variance analysis, and financial insights for management
– Maintain strong ERP system controls (Syspro preferred)
– Support month-end and year-end processes
– Drive improvements in costing methodologies and systems
Qualifications & Experience:
– Degree in Cost Accounting or related field
– 3 – 5 years’ experience in a costing role
– Experience in a fleet-intensive or heavy-industry environment
– Strong exposure to vehicle maintenance costing and insurance claims
– Strong knowledge of costing principles, VAT, and inventory management
– ERP experience essential (Syspro advantageous)
– High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
