We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in construction projects, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing civil engineering aspects of major construction projects, ensuring that all work complies with international standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise civil engineering activities on construction projects from inception to completion.

• Prepare, review, and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation.

• Oversee site preparation, foundations, structural works, and infrastructure development.

• Ensure compliance with engineering codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Conduct site inspections, progress monitoring, and quality control checks.

• Provide technical expertise and solutions to engineering challenges.

• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and reports to support project execution.

• Manage risk assessments and implement corrective measures to maintain project integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Professional Engineering registration/certification (preferred).

• 7+ years of proven work experience in civil engineering, with significant exposure to construction projects.

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles.

• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, STAAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
