Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, budgeting reports, and scenario analyses.
• Analyse production performance, cost drivers, and operational data to support strategic decisions.
• Deliver monthly management reporting and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support capital projects, feasibility studies, and investment evaluations.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and cost optimisation initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• CA(SA) – essential

Experience:

• Experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy-industry sectors advantageous
• Strong exposure to financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, and reporting
• Experience working with operational teams beneficial

Skills:

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to interpret operational data and convert insights into action

Other:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Must have strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
