Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day support operations, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Provide advanced hardware, software, server, and network support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated and complex ICT issues.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user access.
• Perform system installations, configurations, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of critical services.
• Oversee patching, backups, updates, and ICT security compliance.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and IT asset registers.
• Support ICT projects, deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• Relevant Degree, Diploma, or related qualification.
• ITIL Foundation will be advantageous.

Experience:

• 4–7 years’ experience in ICT/IT Support.
• Minimum 2 years in a team lead or supervisory position.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience.
• Advanced experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Good understanding of virtualisation technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
• Strong networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls).
• Experience with backup solutions, security tools, and patch management.

Nice to Have:

• Azure or AWS fundamentals.
