Cape Town City Centre: Medical receptionist/ administrative assistant posted by Feet On Focus

We are seeking an individual with prior experience as a medical receptionist to join our team full- time on a long-term basis in a professional environment with growth potential Skills and experience required : Fully computer literate (able to use medical softwares, Microsoft 365, ChatGPT etc) Good communication skills (able to handle patient enquiries through various mediums such as Whatsapp, Email and Calls) Invoicing and billing (able to generate patient invoices and take payments after consultations) Appointment scheduling (able to manage the online diary and schedule appointments) Inventory management (accept stock, pricing,packing and updating systems) Good time management (able to complete tasks timeously) Social media management ( create content for the company and post on a regular basis whilst trying to increase follower engagement. Salary range: R5000- R8000 per month (dependent on level of experience in this field of work)
