We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world engineering challenges and develop professionally within a supportive environment.
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to the design, analysis, testing, and improvement of mechanical systems across a range of projects. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical components, systems, and assemblies
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and technical analysis
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities
• Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and reports
• Participate in team meetings, technical reviews, and project planning
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve product performance and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, thermodynamics, and mechanics
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Internship or project experience is advantageous but not essential
