Job Description
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and staff
- Oversee workflow, creditors, and debtors
- Handle cash and front-office customer interactions
- Liaise with clients regarding new and existing products
- Assist with deliveries and client relationship management
- Perform purchasing duties and capture supplier invoices
- Maintain stock control and conduct stocktaking
- Ensure vehicle licenses, servicing, and maintenance are up to date
- Fill in for the storeman when needed (including number plate manufacturing)
- Source, quote, order, and process items for branding and signage
- Reach and maintain sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in printing, signage, or related industries is proffered
- 5 years experience in a manager role
- Strong administrative and time-management abilities
