We are recruiting a Tourplan Rate & System Specialist to join a leading luxury DMC. This critical support role sits at the intersection of product, systems, and operations ensuring accuracy in supplier contracts, rates, and Tourplan data integrity across departments. If you thrive on structure, detail, and behind-the-scenes systems that keep everything running smoothly and bring hands-on Tourplan experience with a collaborative mindset we would love to hear from you. ???????????? Minimum 3+ years in a similar role with strong Tourplan experience Proven rate loading, contract management, and systems administration experience Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and organisational skills Effective communicator with cross-departmental collaboration abilities Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage high volumes Comfortable working in remote or hybrid environments ??? ???????????????? Manage supplier communications, contracts, and special offers. Accurately capture and update rates, terms, and product data in Tourplan. Ensure system accuracy through quality control checks. Collaborate with reservations, finance, and tech teams to resolve Tourplan queries. Set up product codes, reporting parameters, and live availability mapping. Participate in Tourplan upgrades, internal meetings, and supplier training. Provide internal system training to consultants. ?????? On application ?????? ????
