Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious Luxury Private Lounge and Restaurant in Umhlanga, seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to drive growth, membership engagement and brand positioning within a high-end lifestyle environment.
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a disciplined sales strategy, driving membership growth, and strengthening the brands position as a leading luxury and private wealth lifestyle offering. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional professionalism, and the ability to build trusted relationships at executive and senior-client level.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and mentor the sales function to ensure consistent delivery against targets

Develop structured sales plans, pipelines and reporting frameworks

Engage prospective and existing members using a refined, consultative sales approach

Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities to support business growth

Uphold service standards through disciplined sales and process management

Work closely with executive leadership on forecasting, strategy and performance optimisation
Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, business development or client relationship management

Proven experience engaging with high-net-worth or premium-market clients

Strong analytical skills with sound commercial insight

Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities

Professional, composed and confident in executive-level environments

Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver measurable sales outcomes
