Captain Waiters | Riyadh | Multiple Restaurant Outlets A group of well-known restaurant outlets in Riyadh is seeking CAPTAIN WAITERS with excellent personalities, strong experience, and outstanding communication skills to join their teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the service team to ensure smooth operations. Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a friendly and professional approach. Train and support waitstaff in service standards and menu knowledge. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Work closely with management to maintain high service quality. Requirements: Previous experience as Captain Waiter or in a senior service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-presented; confident, and customer focused. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
