• Perform work as described on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with company standards
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
• High standard of repair quality
• Adhere to manufacturers standards
• Achieve set targets
• Satisfy customers expectations
• Keep abreast of technical aspects on the manufacturer products
• Ensure that workshop processes are adhered to

Requirements:

• Red Seal Trade Certificate
• At least 3 years’ experience as a BMW Group Technician in a high-volume Dealership environment
• Must have BMW experience
• Must meet productive targets monthly
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Automotive Industry Experience ESSENTIAL!!!
