Job Description
Were looking for a professional, well-presented Receptionist & Business Support Administrator to be the welcoming face and voice of the company. This role suits someone organised, friendly, proactive, and confident in handling office admin, customer engagement, and basic digital tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Full computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email)
- Experience in office administration (advantageous)
- Social media posting experience
- Website content management (advantageous)
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Communication
- Welcome visitors professionally
- Manage switchboard and direct calls accurately
- Take and relay clear messages promptly
- Monitor the main info email inbox
Office Administration
- Manage stationery, refreshments, and general office supplies
- Oversee cleaning staff and ensure office cleanliness
- Assist with internal communication (birthdays, announcements, events)
- Support with organising office functions
Customer Engagement
- Contact dormant customers
- Share company profiles when needed
- Forward sales leads to relevant managers
Digital Support
- Update and maintain the company website
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Monitor and redirect WhatsApp queries
